Sage Square finds the property, engages in the due diligence, secures the financing, signs on any debt, onboards investors and acquirers the property. Upon closing on the property Sage Square fulfills all the tasks associated with asset management. Some of these include overseeing property/facilities management, lease management, refinancing, distributions to investors, filing taxes, making sure k-1’s are sent out to investors, and eventually selling the property. Investors benefit from owning professionally managed real estate investments without the hassle of day-to-day oversight.
